  1. Step 1: Choose your target

    Open the real-time company leaderboard and select your opponent. Whether they sit across the room or across the ocean in a completely different international branch, any colleague can be challenged instantly to jumpstart the competition.

  2. Step 2: Issue a 24-hour duel

    Lock in a custom 24-hour stepping window to initiate the clash. Both participants receive instant mobile push notifications and real-time comparison bars keeping them updated on live step counts as the clock ticks down.

  3. Step 3: Capture the ledger points

    Hit your designated movement goal while your opponent misses theirs to win. A successful duel lets you steal valuable ranking points directly from their ledger position, launching you up the ladder and securing friendly workspace bragging rights.
